Difficult to find a job?

Since we moved to Sweden and started the association, we realized that there were special types of behavior, habits and qualities that mostly influence the integration processes of individuals in the society and in the labor market. Here you can read a research paper written by IIS president dated the beginning of 2010. There you will find out some factors that must be taken into consideration when the new integration law in force since the 1st of December 2010 carries out because they seem to influence individuals and the society enormously. The research paper can be found in English with the title "Securitization of migration and transnationalization of migration affecting Swedish integration policy".

There are many factors that may influence the integration process of new Swedes but we, Integration in Sweden, believe that there are special inner factors i.e. qualities that may decrease the length of the integration processes and lead to some kind of internship, job, future studies etc.

Every time we notice a new quality that seem to influence the integration process of individuals in the society, we will write here in this article. The experience comes from our work with the project Väg till Jobbet and other small projects that we develop and carry out in the association. If you come up with something new we have forgotten, our excuses. You are though welcome to write to us and motivate why you believe these qualities/habits/bevahior may influence the integration process of individuals in Sweden.
