In the beginning of 2011 has Integration in Sweden become nationwide. Due to the fact that the association has become bigger and have had cooperation and contacts over the whole country with members and people interested in starting new associations, we realized the need to fund a nationwide association.

Now you can, as an association, register yourself as a member at Integration in Sweden nationwide. It does not cost anything and you can get tips and help how you can develop your organization, news with information about what is going on, invitations to different courses, conferences, meetings etc. You can also contact us if you are a physical person interested in starting an association someway related to peace, development and integration in Sweden.

In order to register yourself, you must contact us by sending your organization constitution document (stadgar in Swedish), contact information to the board and organization plan (verksamhetsplan). If you would like to renew your registration every year, you can simply send your new constitution document (if the board has decided to make changes), new contact information to the new board and new organization plan (verksamhetsplan).

If you would like to become a member in Integration in Sweden Riksförbund, you must have the following requisites. Your Association must:

• be a non-profitable organization (ideell förening)
• send us a member report every year
• have a Swedish organization number (i.e. registered at Skatteverket)
• be an association that (intend to) promote peace, development, democracy and integration in Sweden

By becoming a member of a nationwide organization implies that you can get help to develop your organization and overcome the difficulties you may encounter when the organization is small or if you have just started it. If your association does not fulfill the requisites above, you can also contact us and we will try to help you.
